THE DAY-BY-DAY BREAKDOWN
Each day at fitOne we focuses on a different muscle group. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.
ARMS & ABS
On Mondays, we focus on strengthening and lengthening the biceps, triceps, and forearms. We sprinkle in a bit of ab work to help round everything out.
BUTT & LEGS
Tuesdays are the day you’ll burn the most calories. Our Butt + Legs day contains a mix of exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and strength. It will reduce fat, while shaping the perfect lower body.
CHEST, BACK & ABS
Wednesdays are meant for anyone looking to improve their torso, both front and back. For guys, it’s about achieving that perfect V shape. For girls, it provides a natural lift up top. Regardless of gender, nothing beats having a sexy back!
This is the gateway to the flat stomach, the 6-pack, the all-important strong core. It is a combination of fat burning interval cardio work with strength training moves.
Weekends are reserved for the complete fitOne workout. It doesn’t get any better than this.
