As fitOne Studio continues to grow, our commitment to you and to provide you the best and most advanced exercise approach grows as well. At the heart of this commitment, our goal is to help you attain a fitMind, fitBody and fitLifestyle and just plain, LIVE A HEALTHIER, LONGER LIFE. Your confidence in us and commitment to us, as our valued extended family, is not taken for granted.
For the past years, we have had below the market pricing in compared to other fitness studios, such as ours, in the Atlanta area. And we will continue to be proactive to offer you the best rate for unlimited group sessions and one-on-one training that we possibly can.
STUDIO CHANGES - Over the past several months we have read and listened to your comments concerning fitOne Studio and it becoming a more exclusive facility. We have also listened to your comments concerning us communicating with each of you better and holding you more accountable to your week to week fitness goals and health. Our goal is to shoot for ZERO Heart attacks and strokes in the fitOne family. The fitOne Zero Plan
Heart disease is the leading cause of death worldwide. Heart attacks and strokes are impacting nearly every one of us. These are preventable conditions and we can all take steps to reduce the likelihood of these events from striking us or our loved ones.
Every one of us can play a valuable role in the Going for Zero goal by starting conversations and sharing important information about heart health. Consider getting a blood pressure monitor for yourself – knowing heart health numbers and taking timely action can make a difference. And pledge to follow these heart health tips in your own life to reduce your risk:
Exercise: Just be a little more active.. Walk instead of drive, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away and count steps to a healthier heart. Work out at fitOne Studio 3 times per week.
Eat smart: Try to find low-fat, low-sodium substitutes that also taste great. Potassium found in bananas and carrots is nature’s best medicine for your heart.
Kick the habits: Minimize your alcohol and cigarette usage. If you’re going to have a drink try red wine, which, in moderation, is better for your heart.
Stifle your stress: Stress is a normal part of life. But too much can increase the risk of heart disease. Relax by doing things you enjoy (yoga, gardening, reading, sleeping eight hours, etc.) and your heart will benefit.
Monitor your blood pressure regularly. Knowing your blood pressure numbers throughout the day can help you see a heart attack or stroke coming and take action to save your own life.
Maintaining and expanding our facility to maximize our space and equipment use is something that we are excited about. As you have witnessed over the last month, we have gotten positive feedback and excitement from you about the changes that have been made. We are especially thankful for your input and suggestions. In conjunction to the expanded workout space we are implementing a warm down area at the front of the studio where we are adding a fitFuel Zone where you will be able to obtain pre or post workout healthy snacks.
Fitness Accountability – At the heart of your fitness accountability is our heart rate monitors system which we have re-implemented in the studio. We will be providing each member the ability to wear a heart rate wrist monitor during their workout. This will allow you and us to monitor how well you are performing during your workout session. You will be texted or emailed your personal results after each session.
A monthly prize incentive will be given to the top male and female with the most points. ,
Our Commitment To You - We are committed to continue providing outstanding training and more circuits in our daily sessions to bring to you creative and innovative workout sessions that will challenge you to become as Fit as possible. Our commitment to helping you is that important to us and our aim is to please you.
Anytime there is growth, there are costs involved which we have absorbed through being blessed with bartering opportunities and the use of the Annual Maintenance Fee. Increases in the cost of running a business, however, are separate from the fore mentioned costs and we would be doing ourselves, and ultimately you, a disservice if we aren’t transparent with how the increase affects you. Starting January 1, 2019, there will be slightly increasing our Membership Agreement Fees.
Every year, we meet with each client individually to revisit personal goals, and to update any demographic and personal information that we may need from you. We also use this as a time when we can personalize some things regarding your workouts experience that may be needing more attention. This time is also going to be an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have regarding the increased rates but please review the information below that gives an outline of the rates, incentives and discounts. We are confident, nonetheless, that you will find the quality of our services even considering these new prices to be quite reasonable and competitive.
You can schedule your One on one meeting with Nylah and Nijyl at your earliest convenience to update your Membership Agreements and we will be able to answer any questions you may have. All member agreements must be updated by January 15, 2019. Increased rates will be on the 25th of each month.

Educator Rate ………$135.00 / month (15% Discounted Rate)
Family Rate (3 or more) ………$149.00 / month for first member + $127.00/month for any additional family members
Drop in Rate ……………………………$ 20.00 / session
There will be referral discounts and incentives in place as well.
